How It Works

Our Process

Four steps, one point of contact, and a home built exactly the way it was planned.

  1. 01

    We Talk First

Before anything gets drawn, we need to understand your project.

We start every project with a conversation, not a quote. Tell us about your lot, what you're trying to build, and what matters most to you in the finished home. We want to understand how you plan to actually live in it, not just what it looks like on a rendering.

If it sounds like a fit, we'll walk the site together. We look at grade, access, setbacks, flood zone requirements, and anything else that will shape the design and the budget before a single line gets drawn. This visit takes maybe an hour and it saves months of back-and-forth later.

At the end of that first meeting, we'll give you a straight answer on whether we think we're the right builder for your project.

  2. 02

    Plans That Actually Work

Design and permitting, built around what the Gulf Coast actually requires.

We work with your architect or can refer you to draftsmen that we often work with.

Every Gulf Coast home we build has to account for wind loads, flood zone requirements, and coastal exposure from the first line on paper. We make sure the design reflects that before the permit application goes in, so the review goes smoothly and what gets approved is what you actually want to build.

Once plans are finalized, we walk through the scope with you in plain language, including a line-by-line breakdown of what's included. There are no buried allowances or vague line items. You know exactly what you're getting before we break ground.

    Built the Right Way

We run the job ourselves. Every phase, every inspection.

Every home we build is constructed to FORTIFIED Gold standards. That means the structure is engineered specifically for coastal conditions, with a continuous load path from roof to foundation. It's not an upgrade. It's how we build every home because anything less doesn't make sense on the Gulf Coast.

You'll always get regular updates on progress.

  4. 04

    Keys and a Call Away

We walk the finished home with you. And we stay reachable after.

Before you take the keys, we do a full walkthrough together. We go room by room, check every system, and make sure everything is exactly what was agreed on. If anything needs to be addressed before close, we address it.

After move-in, we are still your builder. The Gulf Coast is our home too, and we've been building here for over two decades. If something comes up in the first year, or five years from now, you can reach us. We stand behind the work.

We also walk you through the FORTIFIED documentation for your home, which will qualify you for insurance discounts. That paperwork matters on the coast, and we make sure you have everything you need.
