Our Story
Over two decades building on the Gulf Coast
James Sollie LLC has been building custom homes on the Alabama Gulf Coast since 2001. We started in Baldwin County and have stayed here, working on some of the most demanding lots on the coast, from private island sites on Ono Island to beachfront properties in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.
We're not trying to be the biggest builder on the coast. We're trying to be the one you'd call back if you built another home. That means a small crew and direct involvement.
The Gulf Coast builds differently than inland. Wind loads, flood zones, salt air, and storm exposure all shape how a home has to be designed and built to last here. Every home we build is a FORTIFIED Gold home.
We take on homes we’re proud to put our name on.
That means staying selective about what we build and who we build for. It keeps us focused and keeps our clients from getting lost in a large builder’s backlog.
